Welcome to Bajanize, a true Caribbean food from Barbados and cocktail experience.
Bajanize was established in 2022 by Chef Ricardo Wilkinson
Ricardo was born and bred on the beautiful island of Barbados. As a chef and professional mixologist he worked for some of Barbados biggest resorts, namely; Sandals and Couples.
Moving to the UK Ricardo continued to build up his portfolio of experience working at some of Essex’ finest restaurants.
And now in 2022, there is no better time for Ricardo to make his dream a reality.

Bajanize: the drink

Bajanize is proud to present their first homemade drink, inspired by Ricardo’s home island of Barbados, and made from fresh pineapple and mint, it’s the first drink on the market in this flavour.
It’s called the ‘Bajanize Inner cooler’ it’s refreshing and revitalising and it will make you feel like you are on a beach in Barbados whilst drinking it.
